Working with Aquabumps again, this time in collaboration with Peroni we set off to Italy to capture the summer, the beaches and the waves of the Mediterranean… Yep thats right, waves in the med! Aquabumps joined forces with Peroni to produce a series of short films that will take you to a place that we all want to be whilst hiding in our office cubicles – the beach.

Through the months of July & August Juzzy has been shooting the groms of Europe at the Rip Curl Grom Search events in France. Shooting both the Photo’s and the Videos at the event made him flex his multiple talents to pump out a selection of photos and a short video at each stop. The Aquabumps gang rolled over to New Zealand for a little road trip, in search of surf and good vistas. In April 2011 Justin & Rob from Knack Studios went to Bali on a Roxy Shoot with Photographers Dane Peterson & Ryan Heywood. Justin working as an Art Director on the shoot and all design elements to be produced from the Campaign & working in a 2 man team with Cinematographer Rob Norman to create the HS2011 Hype Reel. The short film series gets an insight into sideways standing personalities. We let them speak their mind, follow them round and watch them shred. Its a one day shoot and insight into their life.
We chin wag with this cobba dingo about moving to Bondi from sleepy Coffs Harbour, being a young dad, what makes him tick and general life pondering thoughts. Otis is a unique character and does things his own way.

The ‘We Stand Sideways’ exhibition launch party is being held Thursday April-14 from 7pm with a special sideways-inspired free cocktail on entry and live dj. If you’re in the market for some seriously impressive surf photography then get ready to get down!
In keeping with its community-based approach The Camera Club has also released a number of extensions including a Stab Magazine library, vintage photo booth, exhibition inspired cocktails and camera related inspiration from the past, present and future.
