The Camera Club is a new community-minded bar & gallery concept that’s dedicated to celebrating creativity through camera-based pursuits. Here’s the visions of the Club’s first exhibition opening…
Each quarterly exhibition is zero percent commission (photographers get 100% of sale proceeds) and will feature ten participating photographers – each of them selected by one of the other participants- – resulting in 10 micro-galleries focusing on a single, overriding theme. The bar and pizzeria will soon support each show with items such as photo-inspired pizza boxes, guest photographer menus and exhibition-inspired cocktails. Ultimately, The Camera Club will also include a working photography studio, member library, vintage photo booth and other camera-related inspiration as well.
With Shaun White in Sydney launching his new range of Oakley Sunglasses, Knack was lucky enough to catch the super human himself tearing apart their local skatepark a stones through from studio. Check out the video the guys put together below, shot by Rob Norman and with Photography and an edit by Justin Barnwell.
With a guest appearance on Aquabumps, Juzzy saw this as a good experience to drum up some new business for his pal Scott from Waxa Surfboards and organised a little shoot. Scott´s a born and bred Bondi Local who hand crafts some mighty fine looking longboarding sleds and retro inspired shortboards. If your after a log to keep sliding this summer give the man a call! Aveda approached Knack to film and edit a courier delivering a new product to their VIP customers. Rob Norman shot the footage and Justin Barnwell edited the clip.
